Local clients were friendly than staff. Felt like when asking a question it was an inconvenience. The place is tired and needs maintenance paint, tiles, swimming pool made the pool look dirty. Pool area restrictions not abided by for 9pm and created noise all through the night

My stay with Millenia was great! Great location in town and infront view of the sea. Staff members were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The complimentary breakfast could be improved but overall we quite enjoyed our stay.

Awesome

Stuff are very helpful and friendly.Room 44 it’s now my favourite room in this hotel. Specious, comfortable beds with a view. Breakfast every morning was a selection of fruits, homemade muffins, and more. Short walk to the main shopping area and market. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Awesome value for money. 🙏

Excellent stay at Millenia

Awesome customer service and there was a beautiful pool there. We also enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. We will definitely stay at Millenia again and will recommend it to our family and friends. Great price.

Staff were lovely, room was practical. We stayed in room 7. Only downfall was that the room smelt of urine upon arrival but I couldn't be bothered to kick up a fuss at 11pm. Breakfast was yum!

Staying here was okay...the swimming pool needs an upgrade and maybe a facelift and a good clean as small tiles around the pool chip away and remain at the bottom of the pool. We had asked them to clean our room again as there was bit of mould on the wall in our room. Would be helpful to have comms from the rooms to reception via telephones or advise guests of the direct line to reception and also little info like the wifi password changing every week. Also would be helpful to have some lace curtains as well because once the curtains in the room were open for some light there was no privacy. Breakfast was alright as continental 🙌 could be improved by using fresh ingredients daily..we didn't have dinner here. Location handy to town. Very spacious rooms

I didnt want to have to make this review, however had I known what I know now prior to booking it would have saved me a lot of hassle, We booked this room in comparison to others, solely because it was advertised that the deluxe room had 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, however this was not the case and only had 1 double bed and 1 single. We were 3 adults so imagine squeezing 2 people on that small double bed and 1 single. I enquired to staff and had to pay $50 per day for an extra single bed. I enquired about more towels as there were only 2 small towels in our room and when i asked I was told i would need to return the first 2 towels in order to get another 2 towels! This is for 3 guests mind you. There was mold in the shower roof and the tiles need a good scrubbing or replacing, The curtains were sheer so at night time you can see through the room even with us being on the second level. The breakfast advertised was veryyyy basic. The pool was under construction - I do not mind however the pool also played a big part in us booking here because we would have liked somewhere to swim after a long day to keep cool. No microwave in room, lack of utensils( Cups to have coffees in the morning - we were only given 2 ) again it felt like the room was only prepared for 2 guests. There was no cold water at all only hot water in the shower and in the sinks. Overrall. My review is solely based on the fact that we didnt get what we paid for. The entire place needs an overhaul.

If you get a room on the second floor, its bright and large- its a noisy place that caters to sports groups and locals, which is good, but not if you are a light sleeper. I liked it but its super basic- dont expect any service- not even a room service, and go and eat a few mins away at another place. If you just need a decent basic room and are not high-maintenance, this works.

I did not like that i had bed bugs in my bed & that i had to change rooms at 1am. I did not like he fact that i went to the front desk multiple days & was unable to take with a hotel manager. I still believe i should be compensated and would like to speak to someone in charge.

The location was great. Right on the water. Rooms could do with double glazing due to loud music at bar some nights. Bathroom supplies very limited. Breakfast basic but ok. Pool was nice but not as big as in the pictures. Good value for money though.
