"Hotel was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Room was very clean and beds were incredibly comfortable. Was slightly loud on weekend nights outside the hotel but that is to be expected in a downtown location! Loved that Starbucks had it's own entrance from the hotel and the pool was very clean as well. Good location for walking to many restaurants. Valet service was excellent and timely. Will definitely be staying here again. "

"I think the place was very clean and the rooms smelt good. Slept good only thing I would recommend them changing is the full size beds are to small. Need to have two queen beds instead. I almost fell out the bed in my sleep. "

"The only complaints, but not really are that the elevator is old and seems that it may need to be serviced and the hallway smelled like pot. The pot was bad enough in the hallway around 1 am it was in our room by the door."

"Just wow. His place made my family and I so happy. I will be returning to this hotel for sure! The parking was easy, right up against the building. If it is full there is street parking in front. There is a fee but I don’t even care because that’s how worth it this hotel was. Right of the bat, the lobby is an important impression, right? The employees were so kind and thoughtful. My family and I had a rough experience at a hotel we stayed before coming here. So to be thought of in such a carrying way really meant a lot. Bonus, the elevator works! We picked a city view on the third floor. The room is just adorable. Clean, love the decor, modern, well maintained. My kids took a dip in the heated outdoor pool allowing my husband and I to relax in the room or visit the bar area. The bar area is visible from the pool so that was reassuring. The lobby associate was so kind to my kids too. One of them asked for towels and they got beach towels! A lot of things are in walking distance which I loved. We are from a big city so to be able to do that here in Chattanooga was important to us. Now so fine details. Everything in the room worked. Tv, great water pressure in the shower, plenty of towels. We did not try the extra items like the iron or hair dryer so I can’t speak on that. Knowing how lovingly we were treated though, I bet if it didn’t work we could have gotten replacements. This hotel was pampering on a level I had never received from a hotel before. So thank you!"
