"Love everything about the hotel. The concierge was so thoughtful, asking whether we need a taxi ride. When we mentioned taking the bus. He then asked about our flight schedule and told us where to take the bus. Everything are thoughtful and professional. We are so thankful for everything, for their team especially Kamala, the housekeeper (from Nepal). Love her cleaning. It especially shows when we move to another room on another level. Thank you and thank you and see you next time when we returned to Hong Kong."

"The property is easily accessible by Mongkok station/MTR within 10mins walking distance. Airport bus A1 is 5mins away if going to airport. TAXI to Kowloon Station for train to Airport is $40+luggage fees. There are 7-Eleven around the corner and 2 groceries just 5 mins away. Tons of local restaurants around. Simple breakfast is provided with gym equipment around the corner and laundry machines on the second floor."

"The room is clean, just a bit smaller than I expected, as I booked a single room, the size is good for a solo traveller. The housekeeping ladies have been my room for 3 times during my 9 nights stay, both of them are nice and friendly. The staffs at the reception are nice too. The location is excellent, few minutes walk to Prince Edward MTR, easy access with bus lines, many choices of restaurants around, shopping areas is close. The rate is very reasonable for short term or long term stay, definitely will try the other studios or apartments next time."
