Apollo Bay, southern Victoria #beach to die for and a great #WeekendGetaway from Melbourne

There is a 25 minute return drive from the main area of Apollo Bay called the Barham River Scenic drive. It's hard to find much information on it, as it has been overlooked in favour of more scenic drives.

The drive involves going to the site of the now closed Marriners Falls. The first 5km is farmland, but it gives way to beautiful rainforest. You can stop at Paradise Picnic Ground on the way.

It is a drive that is a lot closer to the township then many others and isn't as well known.
