Rose - The Perfect Beach Escape
This property is modern, in a superb location for ocean and beach access and beautifully presented. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the breathtaking attractions of the Great Ocean Road and Apollo Bay.
It is the end townhouse with a corner balcony for soaking up the sun, open glass windows, ocean views, with open plan living, ensuite, spa bath and a remote lockable double garage (+ 2 additional cars or small/medium boat parks). The living area upstairs is designed with polished Victorian Ash floors, quality stainless steel kitchen facilities, dishwasher, glass splash back and large pantry. Other features include C-Bus lighting, a full home theatre system, 3 spacious bedrooms with built-in robes and 2 bathrooms. There are also a selection of books and games for your enjoyment.
Outside consists of a small corner backyard that is fully fenced and features a hot and cold outdoor shower, perfect for washing up after the beach. This property is only 50m to the main Apollo Bay swimming beach and only a few minutes walk to the town and shops along the sandy shoreline. This high quality townhouse is in a magnificent position and perfect for any type of getaway!

A Perfect Rose
Agency was very helpful(GOR). Property hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, hence my rating. Dani was most responsive and organised additional cleaning g to my satisfaction.

Poor service/cleaning but good location
Abysmal attention to detail and cleaning habits. The place was lived in by the owners and wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. Good location which is close to town and a stones throw from the beach. The owners were not willing to work with us in certain circumstances even given their mistake. No wifi and very dated entertainment system. Overall, no where near the best place you can find. At best it is hot and miss in terms of cleanliness. Read the other reviews which are not 5 star for better perspective.
