"We saw Ionian Blue on a drive to Vasiliki and it looked so beautiful I did usual research on booking platforms only to find that it rated very poorly, eg. 6.5. Not to be deterred that evening as I was very keen to stay at Ionian Blue we popped in just as 100’s of wedding guests filed in for the reception. "The staff working at the hotel are super friendly and try their best to accommodate the needs of costumers - our ferry to Kefalonia was cancelled and they were quick to keep our reservation on hold for another day. The breakfast was wonderful and it is right in front of a wonderful beach (perfect for wind surf) and close to town for a walk/stroll."
