"Beautiful hotel and a great location. It was expensive. Breakfast was not included. Staff was extremely helpful when the person next to us flooded their room, the hallway, & our room. Moved us to another room that was pretty but impractical. No room for anything in the shower. Very little counter space & the room was much smaller & no room for suitcases. I wish we could have stayed in our first room."

"Great location, room and hotel were clean and comfortable. We had a river view which we enjoyed. Hotel was next door to the football stadium and a short walk to PNC baseball park. On game days golfcarts are available for hire for $5. Science museum is next door. Natl Aviary nearby. The hotel is located just (east) of the West End bridge getting around was very easy. Smoking is allowed the in attached casino, I did not notice smoke smell it in the hotel. Free (garage covered) parking and free valet. Stayed 4 nights, breakfast was a (good) hotel buffet. Will stay again!"

"Walking distance to the ball park! Big room, very clean but a little dated. I thought there would be a snack and bar drawer in the room. Breakfast variety was good but no waffles maker. Overall we would stay again!"

"The breakfasts were acceptable, though the supplies were not completely stocked ...but again, with a little wait, resupplies arrived. There was an electrical problem with the toaster, but it was repaired just after i finished breakfast. Ive stayed at holiday inn express elsewhere in the country, so i knew what was on faire...i might suggest that the breakfast hours be extended to 10 am...i had to contend with 2 bus groups which made things a bit more rushed than desired."
