"I stay at a lot of 5 star resorts when vacationing, but the owners of this resort have taken luxury to another level. The quality of service is second to none I have experienced, the food is Michelin star quality and the rooms and decor is impressive. The owners have done an amazing job at operating this resort. "This was an excellent place to stay! Great view from balcony, beach only a few steps away. Restaurant & bar on site & food was excellent. Different menu choices every day! Drinks were wonderful & staff was so wonderfully kind & enjoyable to talk to! "

"Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. Some notable staff were Jean our dinner waitress. She was so lovely and helpful with her suggestions, Destiny, and Estephany were pleasant as well. At the beach bar Carlos our bartender was the man!! Awesome attitude and made drinks to our specifications. Also, Mariasol and Chantel. These ladies were friendly and helpful. Andrea and her husband are running a wonderful operation Great service!! We will return!"

"A property! We picked this property based on the high-quality reviews and couldn't have been more happy with our choice. The waterfront location was even more impressive than we expected. The property was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for our comfort. If there was anything we needed, the property manager (Val) was never far away and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We very much enjoyed the close proximity to several local restaurants, bars, and beaches, many of which were within walking distance. This property helped us live like locals for a week in Tortola! "
