Had everything that we needed for a one-night stay as we were passing through. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and everything worked well. We had to walk past the smoking rooms (obvious cigarette smell) to get to our non-smoking room but it was smoke and odor-free, so no complaints there.

room is always clean, bed / towels nice and clean , everything is always clean which is rare for newburgh hotels, staff is very nice and friendly, snack / drinks / breakfast pastries available makes it a plus.
