These 2 houses right on the lake sleeps 28, with 9 bedrooms, each with a designated bathroom, this is the perfect house for your next event. Also features an arcade/game room, ping pong table, basketball court, out door fire pit area, and a private dock. There are 3 kayaks and a paddle board for your enjoyment while here. There is plenty of parking on the property, even for boat trailers. The listing features 2 connecting homes with 2 kitchens and 4 indoor living spaces. Also pet friendly.

This was the perfect place for our large family event. There were plenty bedrooms and plenty clean bathrooms. We used the dock for our boat even though the lake was down. We'd definitely rent again. The addition of new grills was a great plus shortly after the first day. The responsiveness of the owner was exceptional. It's a fantastic place!

Great property and owners!

Heron Point is an absolutely beautiful property with a stunning view and fantastic lake access. The owner was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had an amazing stay and are already planning to book again next year!Thank you Alecia!

Family getaway

We spent 5 days at this property with 24 people. It worked out perfect for us! We spent days out back floating on the water and evenings hanging out and playing games as a family! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun-filled family experience!
