This house has a great view with luscious mountains all around, a spectacle to be seen at different hours and sunlights!
The condominium charges a entrance fee of 20.000 pesos (USD 4.5) per person in the main gate. Children 12 years and younger are not charged.
The terrace boasts great views with its private pool, jacuzzi, sitting and lounging areas. It is surrounded by beautiful private gardens and other special spaces within the premises.

House maids are mandatory and charge 100.000 pesos (U$ 26) per day in cash. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. They will pamper you, clean and cook. Let them surprise your tastes with a hearty typical Colombian lunch or ask them to buy fresh exotic tropical fruits at the local market!.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
