Enjoyable Stay

The hotel is designed to a high standard, well thought out. The staff are incredibly helpful and hospitable (special shout out to Haneen). The breakfast experience was also very good.

Very charming and cosy hotel. Loved our stay there. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms. Beautiful interior. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but decent enough to get the day started. Highly recommend them!

Nice place with great staff and especially the restaurant staff and breakfast. Room was a bit small, housekeeping wasn't stellar, more form than function on much of the room amenities. Wifi weak.

Bratus hotel is a little quaint treasure. It is very tastefully designed and the staff are ever so helpful. There is a restaurant on site that serves some of the best Italian dishes I have had and I love pasta so I know. The breakfast is sumptuous. We were very happy with our choice. It looks like a new hotel so I hope they can keep up the maintenance. If they do, they definitely have a treasure on their hands

The property is clean and new overall, with a unique classic interior for everything from the lobby to the rooms. Some things to consider: 1. Breakfast is a set menu. 2. There was no option to have dinner at the property, we were told the kitchen is closed this week. 3. The staff could use some attention to details and trying to delight customers, no one was there to help us offload our luggage from the car for example.
