"Highly recommend this place! The location is very central, just a couple of minutes’ walk to the ski lift, which made everything super convenient. A special shout-out to the host, who was outstanding. One in our group accidentally left some ski equipment behind, and the host was incredibly helpful and arranged to have it sent back with no hassle. A clear 10/10, would absolutely stay here again!"

"Not very quiet...could hear guests in other rooms and in the halls. Toilet down the hall. No privacy with shower in corner of room. Cleaning service did not knock, but just tried to open the door 45 minutes before check-out. "

Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out.
