"Breakfast and sauna/spa were marvelous! So helpful and supportive. Quiet, clean, and comfortable, rich with history and culture. Some members of the staff were very kind, caring, and supportive. Others were not as warm. I greatly appreciated being given an entry ticket to the spectacular Salzach River Chasm, which was literally outside the door!! My only complaint is that someone was smoking outside of my window for many hours, all evening. I had to keep my window closed until late into the night, and the room still smelled like stale smoke. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, so this was very unpleasant and kept me from sleeping and from enjoying my room. Shower had perfect water pressure and temperature. It would be nice to equip the rooms with a hot water pot and tea mugs. Otherwise, a lovely stay in a spectacular setting! Thank you so much! "

"My family and I stayed here for one night. The room was very very spacious and had a newly renovated vibe. Beds were comfy. The room had a good table and a steam sauna. We couldn’t get the sauna to get super hot but it has potential to be great! Staff was nice too. Breakfast was €6 and I am not sure it was worth €6. It was so so in quality. Overall happy with our stay. "

" The hotel is located in small community and very quiet. Very nice rooms. We stayed there to tour The Eagles Nest and it was very close. We arrived a little late and they were great about it and hung around until we arrived. We weren’t real late but they showed great customer service. The breakfast bar was really good as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"We were there just after Christmas and through New Year's. The house was the perfect spot for us. And such beautiful views!! We could easily drive a few hours to Slovenia or Germany along with all of the sites in nearby Salzburg. We also took the train into Salzburg on New Year's Eve from the Golling train station a few minutes away. There's also a nice grocery store there in Golling, a quaint and beautiful village of its own. Nearby restaurants also served up delicious food.But the best experience was the interaction with the hosts and the helpful suggestions they provided. I am hopeful we can come back some time in the Spring or Fall of the year.If you are looking for a place to stay in Western Austria or the Salzburg area, this is the place!!"
