"Although a modern facility and relatively clean, lacks a number of things to be a 4 star. With about 60% occupancy the hotel did not offer any upgrades. It is also notable that rooms have no bottled water (only with purchase). With the espresso machine need to bring your own water and pods. Last but not list the room was never vacuumed in 5 days and in the last day we were left with one towel.
The breakfast was good and tasty but if you want a decaffeinated coffee you need to pay 3 euro, only...

"The apartment was clean and in a convenient location, but a few details could be improved. The space felt a little clinical and there was no guide for how to use the appliances or what amenities were included. Some small maintenance issues (curtains coming loose in the bedroom, a light fitting not secured properly, and a broken blind in the kitchen) made the stay less smooth.
Check-in instructions were a bit confusing as the apartment was listed as ground floor but was actually on the top floor. Checkout instructions also felt a little strict, with repeated reminders about late fees and being asked to strip the bed before leaving.
Overall, not a bad stay, but clearer communication and some attention to the little details would make it much better."
