"We arrived from an over seas flight then drove from Madrid to the hotel 1.5hrs . The lady at the front desk gave us a hard time BC check in is at 1PM . She had a really crapy attitude. The hotel was almost empty. I asked her if the room was available or if it had to be cleaned and she said it didn’t matter check in was at 1PM . So we sat in the lobby for about a half hour fell asleep on the couch . She felt sorry for us I guess and at about 12:15 gave us our room . But she was not friendly and not nice . I could understand if the hotel was busy and the room not cleaned but Damm what a way to receive people ! She warmed up at the end . I didn’t argue with her I just asked her if we could have the room earlier and asked if the hotel was busy , she replied the policy of 1PM check in. Whatever. Not very nice . We felt like we were annoying her , we didn’t feel welcome . "

"It was a perfectly adequate hotel for a short stay. Good central location but room was a bit tired and could do with an upgrade soon."

"The Hotel is not four stars. It is 5 stars. The rooms had all detail of elegance. The staff, food, wines were excelent. I will recommend it to any one"
