"The towels were dirty, the room smells bad, the armchair was broken, and the hair dryer didn't work. They Didn’t change the toilet paper. I do not recommend this hotel"

"We arrived in Philadelphia around 11 PM and checked into the hotel. Right from the start, the experience was disappointing—the lobby smelled strongly of tobacco and marijuana, despite the hotel being advertised as a non-smoking environment. When we entered the room, it was honestly shocking. I have never seen a place so dirty. The carpets were covered in dirt and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bed sheets did not appear clean and had a strong musty smell. As for the bathroom, it was in such poor condition that I didn’t even feel comfortable using it normally. If you are traveling with your family, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It was an extremely unpleasant experience from beginning to end."

"You get what you get. We stayed for an early morning flight and we didn’t need anything special, but the room/hallways reeeeked of weed, the staff clearly don’t really care about “customer service” and the hairdryer literally caught on fire when I tried to use it. "

"Very nice hotel but they badly need to replace the carpeting in the rooms. Old and tearing in places and appeared very dirty. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff was great! If the carpeting was replaced I would definitely consider staying again. "
