large, clean, comfortable spot
We had a lovely stay in Arbonne, using it as a jumping off spot for Fontainebleau and Barbizon but enjoying the lovely rock-walled town in its own right. The unit was a full three bedroom so very comfortable for our family of four and we didn't even use the loft area. The owners lived right next door and we met them soon enough since we managed to kick a ball over the wall in the first five seconds. They were very nice and steered us towards the nice places to eat in town.

Fantastic house and great host
We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time. The house is immaculate, very clean and incredibly well equipped. The electric shutters meant that we got perfect sleep, and air conditioning will make it comfortable even in hotter weather. There was lots of space and lots of storage, and the gym was a bonus, we also enjoyed the garden space for sitting outside. Before visiting we wondered if the road would be noisy, but it was actually not busy and was not noticeable. The location was great for climbing and Fontainbleau chateau nearby and we also went on trips to Versailles and Disneyworld, which were not far. Noëlle was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome, she fixed a couple of minor issues immediately for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday here.

Spectacular Stay!
My husband and I were literally blown away by the warmth with which we were received and by the quality of this stay. Noëlle has gone above and beyond here, included amenities we didn’t even know we needed. Our host clearly loves this property and wants people to feel at home.
Some highlights:
Blackout blinds on nearly every window, perfect for my son’s mid day naps.
Extra closet space so we could unpack a bit and get comfortable.
Everything we needed for our toddler - dishes, high chair, baby gate, and cot with bedding.
Easy access to amazing natural surroundings.
If ever we find ourselves in the area again, we would most definitely stay here again. My highest recommendation for those looking for a great place to stay in this region.

Merveilleux
Séjour de courte durée pour un déplacement sportif (5j) mais nous avons pu apprécier cette bon maison incroyablement impeccable qu’il s’agisse de la propreté, de la structure pour accueillir très confortablement une famille de 6 personnes, ou encore d’une déco digne d’une revue de décoration !!!

Een top woning! Van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, mooi ingericht, veel privacy. Super gastvrouw!
Een typisch Franse woning in een prachtig nieuw modern jasje. De ruime woning is voorzien van alle gemakken en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.
Contact met de eigenaresse, Noëlle was perfect! Gastvrij en vriendelijk!
Bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst. Handdoeken lagen klaar in de 2 badkamers. De koelkast was al gevuld met water, melk en sinasappelsap.
De woning was heel goed schoon en fris!
De bedden lagen heerlijk.
De tuin is niet groot maar is afgesloten (ideaal voor als je, net als wij, met 2 honden komt) en je kunt er prima in alle privacy zitten.
Ook heerlijk is dat je om de hoek van de woning zo het bos in loopt!
In de kelder van de woning is een volledige fitnessruimte te vinden.
Met 3 ruime slaapkamers, 2 ruime badkamers en 2 toiletten voor ons 4 ( 2 volwassenen en 2 17-jarigen) en 2 grote honden meer dan genoeg ruimte!
Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug omdat we lang nog niet alles in de prachtige omgeving hebben gezien!
