Holiday Home 'Casa Mar Quiet Retreat' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Private Garden

Casa Mar is a private and intimate retreat in the middle of the Montseny Natural Park. Surrounded by nature and close to wonderful river pools and beaches. Nudism and clothing are allowed. You will enjoy incredible silence and probably visits from some deer that live in the area.

Ideal for disconnecting, hiking and swimming in the river. There is room for 7 people, distributed in a double bedroom, a small bedroom with 2 beds, a double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. Please note the small bedroom is very compact, fitting only the two beds. This is an adults-only accommodation.



The space

It has a wooden terrace with a spectacular awning for watching the sunrise and sunset among the mountains. There is also a covered terrace and a private garden with mountain views.

It has an outdoor dining area under the trees with cool shade, plus an outdoor shower perfect for cooling off.

Inside there is a lounge area with a large sofa and a dining area, with heating available in the living area and the double bedroom.

It has a large window so you can be fascinated by the surroundings.

But the best part is the privacy and intimacy.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, and there is a dedicated workspace for those who need it. A fan is also provided for warmer days.

It's located 40 minutes from the Girona Airport, 1 hour from Barcelona and 40 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava. Maps and tourist information will be provided.



The access road is unpaved but easily accessible by car. On-site parking is available.



Guest access

There are no common areas. Everything is for the exclusive use of the guests.

The bed linen and bath linen service is only offered upon request and for a fee. Beach towels are also available for a fee.

The host will ask for a deposit that will be returned after the inspection.



Other things to note

It is very important to respect and take care of the house, as it is a very beloved and very well maintained relic, and respect the natural surroundings where it is located.

No fires. Smoking is permitted on the terrace with care taken regarding sparks.

Pets (up to 2) may be allowed with prior approval and for a fee. Events are not allowed on the property.
