We had a late check in (11:00 pm). I had reserved 2 rooms double queen and 3 king suites, all the rooms were very clean and the staff was great. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m sorry I didn’t grab his name (yes he had his name tag on) but he was excellent. Absolutely no problems at all. I’ll highly recommend. My room is what I expected. Thank you.

"Otsego Lake Retreat" Charming 3-bedroom house with WiFi and AC in Gaylord
Our stay was good for what we needed, just a one night stop on our way to the Upper Peninsula. The beds weren’t the most comfortable and the rooms were very small. Like I said, it got the job done for our one night stay and we’re glad we booked it.
