"We had a great stay. The property host was helpful and cooperative with our needs and very quick with communications. The property was more than adequate for four friends with plenty of space for two other friends or 4 other people if two couples were sharing beds. Very clean and well equipped. The best thing was the location. Close to indoor carpark and less than a minute walk to nearest chairlift which takes you a good way up slopes for a first run or access to further lifts and access to pretty much anywhere. The apartment is a short run back from the party at la folie douce which is handy if you stop there for some apres ski food and drink on your way back. Highly recommend this property as it’s excellent value for a spacious apartment in a great location."

"The apartment was as marketed. The apartment is modern and very functional. I recommend it for sure, especially for large family with young kids to make the most of the bunk beds. The apartment was clean on arrival and well equipped for cooking."

"Great location. Really close to the ski lifts - we could just walk out of the ski locker room and step onto the slope that leads down to the lifts. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a very short walk. The hotel itself was great value for money - an endless supply of food and drink all included in the room rate. Breakfast was a huge buffet with pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, breads, cooked meats, etc. You could make your own packed lunch during the breakfast buffet or return to the hotel for buffet lunch in the main restaurant or lunch in the adjoining Le Petit Zinc restaurant for burgers, paninis and salads (no need to take of ski boots in here). The hotel then provided crepes and waffles in the bar at 5pm before evening buffet from 7pm. You could also pre-book a slot one evening in the Petit Zinc giving an a la carte menu or an evening of raclette/fondue in Le Mont Blanc restaurant. The only issue was the lack of labeling of the food. As a vegetarian I struggled to identify if things contained meat or not and there wasn't a great deal of choice for me (vegans would really struggle). The bar was fantastic. It serves hot drinks, beers, wines, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks and was open until 10.30pm - giving plenty of drinking time before you either went out to other venues or retired to bed. There was live music in the bar for entertainment. Rooms are pretty basic, but clean. We didn't use the pool or spa as you had to pay extra for this."

"A brilliant well equipped apartment which was a perfect size for our family of 5 (kids 12, 10 and 8). A little distance from the slopes but that didn’t matter as you can walk through adjoining buildings using the lifts to make your way to the piste. Ideal if you store skis in a shop near the slopes. You can also easily get the bus a 5min trip up the road to Villards and the Transarc lift. The hosts answered all our questions in advance and gave great advice. We will definitely look to book again."

"Ski in/out, close to the shop (can pick up food on the way from the slopes and then ski to the chalet). Kids were happy with the bunk beds, swimming pool and a little hill by the entrance for sledging and some snow play."

"Good functional appartment, typical of Les Arc 1800 style. Good bathroom, with bath/shower, plus toilet & sink by front door, Kitchenette in lounge with everything required. Four single beds on mezzanine floor worked well, it can sleep one more on the sofa but would be a squeeze with more than 4 people. Pick up and drop off of the keys was easy via Agency in centre of Villards, and their communication was really accurate & responsive. Even though we were late arriving, they helped us. Location was good, short walk (3 minutes ) into Villards, and close to the bottom of Transarc escalators Communication with owner was also very good. Great views down the valley from the lounge and balcony, sunsets were spectacular. Good value for money, we would stay again, and recommend."

"Small studio apartment in a large block, in Arcs 1800. The location is fantastic, ski in/out. A linen rental service, bakery and large spa, as well as lots of restaurants are just outside the door. The slopes are just behind the block, and Folie is 2mins and an easy ski away. It's not easy to see what the apartment is like in the pics. It's a small open plan studio, with a bathroom and kitchenette (well stocked with equipment/fondue/knives etc). Within the open area there is a fold down bunk bed set, and then a couch which converts to a double bed. The beds aren't particularly comfy and there isn't much privacy between the kitchen/living/bunk beds, but it was quiet, functional and convenient for the price. You have to rent laundry, and fully clean the apartment on departure. The bus stop is very nearby, and connects to the funiculaire. Overall a convenient budget stay, with great access to the slopes."

"Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Location was perfect, right next to a lift up to the main ski area with pizza / bakery and ski shop literally downstairs. Communication with host was excellent, concierge linkage was a little clunky and inventory update and submission was a bit of pain, but no major issue. Would recommend!"
