"A great first trip to Les Arcs and a great apartment. Lots of positives;Truly ski in and out. Comfy double mattress, 2 bathrooms and separate loo (traveling with teenage boys), lots of plates and glasses etc which made it worth using the dishwasher (take tabs, although they can be bought individually from the Edenarc Spar), warm apartment, close to the ski locker, great views (weather permitting), underground parking (appreciated as we have 2m of snow during the trip), pool for the whiteouts. Owners communication was great, always happy to answer questions and provide information.Couple of things to mention- it is a steep walk back from the village. It took about 10 mins most if which is okay but the last couple of mins are steep. Okay for us, but maybe not everyone. Concierge communication was poor (but owner helped). It would have been good to have some information about the pool, wifi, and bins (they were hidden by a foot of snow!). We worked it all out but if the information was provided it would be easier. We had an issue validating our parking so had to pay extra but again, the owner was very helpful trying to sort it for us. It would be 9/10 if I could but for us the lost star is due to the above comments."

"Excellent communication with owner. Location perfect for the slopes and ski schools for children. Brilliant stay for an extended family including grandparents. Wouldn't hesitate to return should we ski in Les Arcs in the future."

"Great hotel for skiing holiday. Room had ample space for family of 4. Was worried about single bunk beds for my older teenagers but they were fit for purpose. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Wish there was more hooks for hanging up towels though. Overall very happy with our Christmas skiing holiday. Close to piste/gondola, town, restaurants... Very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!"
