Recommended

The receptionist was very pleasant and we were able to securely park our motorbikes and leave protective clothing and bags at noon. We returned later to check in properly and everything went well. The room is comfortable, the bed huge and the roof terrasse stunning. Slight downsides were the quality of the toilet paper and tissues and exterior noises from 6am (we were on the ground floor) Pleasing things were the soft bedding, proper coffee machine, real water glasses and coffee cups and convenient location.

The exterior of the hotel was a bit disappointing but the newly refurbished room was very clean and spacious, the staff were great - and so was the breakfast. Not a huge choice but more than enough options and all fresh.

We had a lovely nights stay here a few nights ago. We were kindly upgraded on arrival and had a room with a balcony which was nice. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the tea/coffee facilities in the room. The roof terrace is also lovely! Would definitely recommend

The receptionist did the least she could do while remaining professional and courteous. The room was very small, and in the morning we were told as we hadn't ordered breakfast, we couldn't have it. There is nowhere nearby to buy breakfast. As a aHotels com VIP member, I was told the car park was full, so no free parking, and no room upgrade was offered. Why bother?? Lastly this hotel is a long way from the town centre, actually, it's a long way from anything! This is my first really bad review of any hotel

A hotel for only french spoken

We booked a superior room and got a tiny room towards the street. According to the escape plan it was the smallest room i the building! The receptionist didn't speak any english. The room was dusty with dirty surfaces and so small it was hard to walk around the bed. The add said soundproof but you could hear the neighbour fart.

J'ai été très déçu par l'hôtel. J'avais demandé par mail une place de parking. Pas de réponse de la part de l'hôtel. J'ai compris pourquoi en arrivant à l'établissement. Le parking est inaccessible car des travaux sont en court. On ne répond pas de peur de perdre un client ! J'était du côté d'Arcachon pour raison professionnel. Aucune place correct pour y poser mon ordinateur. La propreté n'est pas exceptionnelle non plus. Je retourne très prochainement sur le secteur, je changerai d'établissement.
