  • Maisonette ideally located in the quiet area of Aiguillon in Arcachon. A stone's throw from the beaches, you can get around on foot or by bike with all the amenities of the city of the small district of Aiguillon, a very pleasant and quiet former fishing district, even in high season.
    The house is composed of an independent bedroom on the ground floor, a large cathedral living room and a low mezzanine with possible sleeping.
    Air-conditioned and well exposed, the house allows you to enjoy dining and relaxation areas, outside, with a green terrace.
    A decoration in soft colours and comfortable furniture will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your family inside the house as well.
    Close to 2 beaches, the Arcachon Sailing Centre and the marina, you have access to all the advantages of the seaside resort in serenity.
