"I have stayed at this hotel many times, however 2 issues arose this time that would keep me from giving it 5 stars. One, housekeeping never came during my 4 night stay. I was a bit surprised at that. Thankfully, I made it work with the towels I had. Two, the AC unit in my room got incredibly noisy and loud around 4am. The compressor was whining badly. I tried turning it off but no luck. I did let the front desk know about it that morning and they said they would have maintenance look at it. Thankfully, it was quieter the remainder of my stay."

"I would not recommend! Parking is limited. People smoking on front steps at entrance. Lobby smells like Pot. No elevator. Stairs and hall carpet badly stained and smells dirty and more Pot. Room was clean but no microwave or hair dryer. Two towels for a double room. "

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience due to continuous noise disturbances caused by a dog staying in a neighboring room. For two consecutive nights, the dog barked repeatedly, especially during the night and early morning hours. The noise made it extremely difficult for me to sleep and significantly affected the quality of my stay. I chose your hotel expecting a quiet and comfortable environment, but the constant barking made this impossible. I understand that some guests travel with pets; however, the noise should be properly managed to avoid disturbing other guests. I believe the situation should have been addressed promptly once the disturbance became apparent. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve noise control measures so future guests will not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response."
