Welcome to our renovated mid-century gem in Arcata!



Our house is sunny, modern and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just minutes from Cal Poly Humboldt, gorgeous forest trails, downtown Arcata and stunning beaches, you'll be close to everything the region has to offer. Enjoy lounging in the big back yard roasting s'mores in the fire pit or making a meal for the family in the fully stocked kitchen.



With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for family and friends.



Guests have access to the entire property: the house, the garage, laundry and the big sunny backyard.

With easy access to the Arcata Community Forest trails and Murphy's market, it's a great hub for exploring the area. You're just a short walk from a great burrito (El Chipotle) or a cup of coffee and snack(Coffee Break). Downtown Arcata is about two miles away has many shops, restaurants, activities and weekend Farmers Market.

Lovely Stay in Sunny Brae

This was a wonderful house with all of the essentials. We like that there was a nice big fenced in back yard for our dog. There was ample room for our family to gather and to have some alone time in different parts of the house. It was centrally located in Arcata and was a great jumping off point for both Ferndale and Trinidad. Easy and quick access to the freeway as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the mid-century vibe of the place!

Great Humboldt getaway.

Loved our stay in this beautiful house. The view out the living room windows made us feel like we were in the woods. The kitchen is awesome….love the crafted wood table and benches as well as the cool wooden countertop and bar stools. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area!

Great stay, perfect for our dogs. Big, fenced yard. Fun house, nicely remodeled and decorated. Simple and clean, not fussy. Good parking, neighborhood felt safe, nothing fancy. Walking distance to a cute market, neighborhood dog walking safe. This house is very well equipped with what look like new brand bathrooms and very clean rooms and setting. Outdoor space for fire or gathering or games all terrific. Mid century modern charms with a new feel. Neighborhood was quiet. Within walking distance of the beautiful Arcata Community forest which was our first taste of the Redwoods and was a great hike and beautiful. Coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance. Village a mile or two away! Cannot say enough positive about this place. We would stay again for sure.
