You will relax with a panoramic view inside or outside on the deck or grass or on the beach. The view will be stunning! No other property in Cove Beach or Falcon Cove has a better view.
The beach is about 2 miles long. Cove Beach to the north and Falcon Cove to the south.
Beach access is at the beginning of the driveway.


NEW TREX DECK INSTALLED MAY OF 2022.

CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER BOOKING/REQUEST FOR BOOKING. See below for rates.

3 Rooms, 1 1/2 bath.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Porch lights out for night viewing of the stars. (Think Neighbors).

Drive time: Only 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Portland to the Cottage.

Cancellations before 60 days will be refunded 100%. Inside 60 days, but before 30 days before check-in, there is a $250 fee for 1–3-night stay, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more. Inside 30 days there is no refund unless I can rent it to someone else, then there is only the $250.00 Fee for 1–3-night stays, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more.

Cleaning Fee to be billed after booking:
2 nights 2 guests $120, otherwise $140.
3 nights $160.
4 nights $170.
5-6 nights $180.
7 nights $200.
7+ nights To Be Determined.

It takes only 3 words to describe this beautiful home- HEAVEN ON EARTH!! Absolute amazing and stunning views and beautiful accommodations. Jim was a fantastic host! 5th time coming to the Oregon coast and the Cove Cottage far surpasses and other VRBO listings by a mile! Definitely will be back and will let family and friends know how special this place truly was for my family!

It’s all about the view !

Very clean, well stocked and beds were great! Really loved it was off the beaten path, quiet and of course the best view!! Was perfect for two old retirees just wanting to veg, read, knit and RELAX! Hope to be guests at this property many times in the future.

Storm watching

This is a beautiful place to sit inside and watch the storms and waves roll in. Beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture to watch the ocean. Probably one of the best stocked kitchen with staples and games. We loved the location as it was very peaceful.

NW Getaway

5-day stay at Arch Cape. Visit was in early May and the weather was rainy and cool most days but absolutely beautiful just the same. House overlooks the beach with beach access along a very short trail. Floor to ceiling windows provide a wonderful view. Easy drive access to Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Manzanita. A pair of Bald Eagles paid us a visit on two occasions. Will stay here again.

Great private house by the beach

We had an amazing stay by the beach with my wife and our 9-month-old. The house was spacious and packed with thoughtful touches—plenty of dishes, toys for our little one, beach towels, and everything else you'd need for an extended stay. The beach was just a minute’s walk away and felt wonderfully private. The views were stunning, and we loved soaking them in from the outdoor patio, which had a great table and chairs setup.

Oceanside Dream

There's not many listings I've stayed in that far exceeded what they posted, but this property nailed it. The view was beyond anything you could describe, the house was immaculate and very well maintained, everything you'd ever need for an extended stay is provided in the house. 50/10 for this one, couldn't recommend it more.

Perfect beach house

Cozy house on the beach with breathtaking views. Walk for miles at low tide. Perfect layout and space for 4 adults. Thoughtful touches throughout: full kitchen, beach towels, tons of board games, wifi, travel coffee cups, grill. Convient to hikes, crabbing, restaurants (both north or south). A great way to toast summer!

Awesome place for a family getaway

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful beach house. The home has all amenities you can imagine from cooking supplies to beach chairs. A couple things to note: the stovetop is inductive and there are a few pans which do not work with induction cooking. Also, there’s one shower to share between everyone. The views are breathtaking, the surrounding area is beautiful, and we enjoyed the proximity to Cannon Beach and Tillamook. I highly recommend this unique property!
