"This stay was in between north and south goa. So it felt very quiet and safe. Although, a bit of travel to attractions. Loved the room, and quietness and cleanliness of the property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was limited but delicious."

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again."

"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. "Well, This hotel is not a 4 star by any means, Staff is very good no doubt, they helped me when needed, But there travel Desk Trying to Rip me off whenever they got chance, this time india was suffring from Demonatization and i needed to book Taxi from hotel only due to cash Crunch, but They charge me every time Heavy sum. Even on last day when i needed to go airport they charge me for a taxi for whole Day!!!!, So overall felt cheated ! Lights in night get of every time they needed to...
