"Wir hatten einen E-Rollstuhl-Fahrer dabei. Die Unterkunft ist quasi perfekt dafür. Alles barrierefrei und gut rangierbar innerhalb der Wohnung. Nur der Eingang war etwas herausfordernd, aber machbar. Die eine Stufe wurde mit brettern überbrückt und war etwas wackelig. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Mitten in der Natur und von Wald und wiesen umgeben, deshalb auch kühler. Wir hatten zu wenig warme Sachen dabei für Ende Mai!"

"Pros: Das Haus war absolut ausreichend für den Preis. Der Pool war super und auch die Anlage gut gepflegt. Vor Ort fand man alles um die erste Nacht nach der Ankunft über die Runden zu kommen. Es lagen frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche vor Ort bereit. Alles in allem eine spitzen Unterkunft zu einem super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Cons: Einige Sachen waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man kam dennoch damit zu recht ."

"This property was amazing from the moment we booked. Chiara was extremely helpful with looking into horseback riding and other tours for us. I made a mistake in booking and she caught it and corrected it before we even arrived. She was great. Additionally, the room was beautiful and really clean. The food was delicious and every waitstaff that we encountered was polite and attentive--it could not have been a better experience."

"The staff and the look of the resort is top notch! The staff deserves 10 stars. We came for the springs and if you have not been to a pool fed from a sulfur spring, then you will be in shock like we were. We have been to many resorts with hot springs but not like this one. The pools and whole resort had a strong sulphur smell. It was even in our room which was far from the pool. There were flies everywhere, even while getting a massage, flies were buzzing and sometimes landing on me which cancelled out the relaxation of the massage. However, the resort is near the public and free falls/pools which enticed us to the area. For some reason, perhaps the flowing falls and cascading pools, there were not slime clumps floating around, no super strong sulphur smell there like at the resort. The pools should be cleaned of the floating debris more, overall, the top notch staff are amazing and the resort cannot help the way a natural sulphur spring smells or how it attracts flies."

"Gorgeous, historic hotel, room was spacious with very high ceilings. Breakfast was delicious too. It was a little loud outside at night but obviously nothing the hotel can do about that and it wasn't really a problem for me. Great location, kind and helpful staff. I'd happily stay here again, for the price I paid it was very worth it."

"The hotel was beautiful maintained and a very convenient location. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! Our room didn’t have a view, it looked onto another building which I was a bit disappointed about. The breakfast was average, too many sweet dessert choices for my taste, but there were eggs and and a nice yogurt bar. The pool area looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person but the pool itself was nice and refreshing. They could have furnished the pool area nicer considering the area we were in! The staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was very convenient with lots of parking and it was very clean."
