  • Apartment CENNIC and LUMINOUS, charming, comfortable, a simple and functional design where the traditional and the current merge with great respect feeling part of the White Villages. It has a large living room with balcony, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with balcony, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, bathroom, air conditioning, heating, WIFI, private parking, storeroom and a spacious TERRACE to relax and enjoy the sun.

    Its location is very good, next to Plaza de Abastos, 5 minutes walking to the historical center of the City, 20 min. Walking to the lake and the river, 5 min. Sports center and swimming pool (by car), 10 min. Mesón de la Molinera (by car), 15 min. Golf course (by car). The street where the house is located has multiple services and shops typical of the city; Plaza de Abastos, bakery, bars, pharmacy, and the sliding street where you will find all the rest you may need 5 minutes from home.

    The terrace is spacious and shared with another apartment. Having a table with chairs and armchair for each.
