Villa 'Finca Encanto' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Finca Encanto, located in picturesque Arcos de la Frontera, offers spectacular mountain views and is the perfect retreat for those seeking to unwind. This charming two-story villa accommodates up to 20 guests with its 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Guests will also find a ping-pong table and a crib, ensuring a comfortable stay. For your safety, cameras and audio recording devices are installed but remain off during your stay.



Enjoy the spacious outdoor area, featuring a pool available from April to late October, a beautiful garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Ideal for yoga retreats, the property is surrounded by animals and fruit trees, with stunning views of the mountains and nearby villages. Explore the famous white villages, including Arcos de la Frontera—one of Spain’s most beautiful—Grazalema, and Los Alcornocales Natural Park.



The finca offers parking for 10 vehicles and allows up to two pets. Smoking and events are not permitted, but babysitting is available for an extra fee. There is also an electric vehicle charging station and homegrown produce available for an extra fee.



Committed to sustainability, Finca Encanto features energy-saving lighting and partially uses solar panels. Insulation materials are sustainable, and guidelines for proper waste separation are provided. Please note that government regulations may affect water usage during your visit, which could impact pool and garden irrigation.
