It was really good overall. The personnel was very welcoming. They give a Little gift to my son and a Little bag with shampoo and kindar of stuff to us. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and instagrammable. It is close to the Santa Claus village. There were only two concerns for me. First, the room was cool at night. Lovely two night stay over halloween. Check in staff were so friendly. Room was immaculately clean (rm 315). Loved the fantastic lift! Breakfast had a brilliant selection and was very tasty. Great location and wifi and parking were perfect. Overall a really lovely stay and if I head to lapland again will most certainly stay there.

This hotel is situated in the city's center. It is easy to access the supermarket, restaurants, and bars. The front desk was very nice; they could book spontaneous activities if needed.

It’s excellent for family. We saw the sunrise at noon.

Great hotel in centre right close to everything. Fantastic staff and clean and very cosy room with lots of room. Will definitely stay again

This was an excellent option for pre-Havila/hurtigruten. A shuttle from the airport that waited on our flight. Lovely and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room - with lovely views across the fjord. One of (if not THE) nicest breakfast buffets I’ve ever had in a hotel - everything fresh and tasty. You must try the salmon and shrimps. Then a shuttle from the hotel to the port.

Really beautiful location, very clean and big living room. To be improved the quality of the breakfast.
