Perched above the treetops, this cozy studio offers the perfect blend of feeling remote and secluded while being just minutes from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions that Asheville has to offer. Enjoy a wall of windows framing the Blue Ridge Mountains — a stunning view for your morning coffee while watching the sun rise.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open space designed for relaxation. The studio features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home.

Step outside to unwind by the fire pit, where you can roast marshmallows under the stars or simply enjoy the sounds of nature. The suite sits above our detached garage in its own private space—completely separate from our main home—so you can enjoy peace and privacy throughout your stay.

Host was very communicative and welcoming. Easy check in instructions. Great studio apartment and loved the amazing view! The wine and chocolates on arrival were a lovely surprise and the cozy robes and slippers made us feel like were at a luxury resort! Will definitely look to stay here again the next time we come visit Asheville.
Enjoyed a relaxing, slow morning in with a puzzle and fresh coffee.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The view was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of the property. The property manager was also very responsive and quick to address any questions, which we really appreciated.That said, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the coffee machine could have been cleaner upon arrival.With a few improvements to comfort and cleanliness, this place could easily be a top-tier stay.

Perfect for 2. The view was well worth the extra money both early morning and the nights. Stayed during the winter and the heat was more than enough, and stayed warm during 22 degree weather. Location is nice, you're isolated from the host, but the host is 10 steps away and willing to help however he can. Collier CoveNature Preserve is a short walk away too if you'd want to do a small hike. The approach to the property is a little tricky, you have to share one lane and there are some steep parts but as long as your careful and considerate, you'll be fine. Bonus points for the friendly white and black cat you may spot and loves pets.
