"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out. However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. There are three doors downstairs—two locked and one leading to the laundry room, which was unlocked. Assuming the washing machine was available for guest use, we did a load of laundry...
