The rooms were very clean. The staff were very nice and very helpful very polite, friendly very close to WinStar Casino and the border Casino. It’s even a walking distance. Parking is very available and clean.

This property was terrible. We showed up with five people. We were supposed to get a two bedroom suite one king bed and two queen beds. They put us in a room with two queen beds said Expedia booked us the wrong room and they had no other rooms to put us in so we asked them if we could have blankets for somebody to sleep on the couch and they said they didn’t have any the next morning we went to breakfast. The orange juice was water and the eggs were slime. This place was terrible and they were no help. The manager was like sorry I can’t help you. It’s Expedia‘s fault. We’ll never go there again.

Given the price tag of well over $250 a night, our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was severely degraded: the mattress springs poked through, the entry carpet was fraying, the refrigerator failed to cool, and the couch had an unsightly hand-stitched rip across the cushion. Furthermore, both shower dispensers were completely empty. Breakfast was equally poor, offering only a sparse selection of cold, low-quality food that required microwaving, including English muffins too hard to cut. Service was virtually non-existent. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were informed none were available because their single set was being washed. We also reported the empty shower dispensers and broken refrigerator, only to be told the maintenance staff was on break; neither issue was ever addressed

room was nice and clean, looked new. we rented the suite, really nice and quiet. Room got very cold very fast, which i like. went to get breakfast with 30 minutes remaining but there was nothing left but cold coffee. probably will pass on this place next time, not worth the cost.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR AC UNIT SOON AFTER GETTING YOUR KEY, OUR AC HAD A FOUL SMELL AND WAS BARELY COOLING THE ROOM. WE HAD TO SHOWER TWICE IN ORDER TO GET COMFORTABLE SLEEP. WILL NEVER, EVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!

Pros: Nice employees, clean room, and basic breakfast. Cons: Been twice now and there is still no bar like the one shown in the picture. They really need to remove it—false advertising! Also, there is NO shuttle at this hotel (another false advertisement). You’ll need to walk to The Inn at WinStar to catch the shuttle, which isn’t far. And definitely call to verify your reservation after booking through an online travel agency. I did because of past overbooking reviews, yet there were still several people in the lobby with the same issue when I arrived. I don’t think it’s necessarily the hotel’s fault, but it’s definitely causing problems.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. However, my sheets were nasty, I borrowed a cover to sleep on top of. The furniture is well...let's just say worn. I went to use the restroom in the middle of the night and saw those little silver bugs in the bathroom.

The hotel was close to the casino making it real convenient to get to it. The hotel was clean, our AC made a horrible noise that made it hard to sleep at night. Overall I would recommend the hotel because of the location.
