"Beautiful country house with lovely architectural features inside and out surrounded by meadows and woods. Close to many other lovely Renaissance castles, romantic little towns and- of course - the Loire. The house was immaculately clean, perfectly equipped to accommodate a large group of adults, every bedroom with its own facilities- we had a marvelous time a d are thankful to ou gracious hosts."

"La maison est très bien située pour les visites de plusieurs châteaux (Chambord, Cheverny et Blois par exemple). Elle est proche de la jolie ville de Dhuizon (moins de 10mn à pied du centre ville) qui propose une super épicerie avec des produits locaux de qualité et un super restaurant pour manger "Comme à la maison". La maison est vaste et propre avec de nombreuses chambres. Les équipements intérieurs sont suffisants et adaptés. Le jardin est un poil petit et mériterait quelques équipements...

"The Odalys was perfectly situated for our stay as we were based at the ice rink which is only 1 street away. The room was pleasant, the bed relatively comfortable although only one pillow each. The self catering facilities were adequate for our needs, however there was only one drinking glass and the table was very wobbly. Overall it was good, and was what we expected for the price: no frills, clean accommodation."

"The rooms are really new. So new that I can still smell it. I’m sure the smell will be done in a couple months. Other than that, staff is nice and room is very comfortable. However, only one of us were able to use the QR code on the doors to unlock them even after following all the instructions. We were also expecting a designated parking spot, but it turns out to just be street parking. Breakfast was wonderful, would be great if there are food options other than carbs."

"the location is stunning the host is very nice and responsive but unfortunately the property has not been cleaned prior to our arival it was dusty, sticky and the toiled smelled of wee. We where very disappointed. We do travel a lot as a family and I have seen a number of properties. This one needs a deep clean . It has been advertised for a family but the indoor dining table is way to small like the water cooker for a family of 5 (and my kids are still small). I would have loved to rate it...

"2 gîtes sans connexion entre eux donc faut passer par dehors pour aller de l'un à l'autre 😥. Gîte 1 rétro et vieillot L'autre Le gîte 2 plus moderne n'a pas de cuisine 😓. Avec pour le gîte 2 un accès un peu compliqué (escalier en colimaçon) surtout que les toilettes ne sont que en bas dans les deux gîtes (bof la nuit)⚰️ Pas de volet dans la chambre du gîte 2 donc malgré les rideaux beaucoup de lumière le matin et ça chauffe en journée...

"The property met our needs, but there were some things that could have been better. On the upside, because we had young children along, the pool was a bonus. The donkeys, goats, chickens, and roosters were enchanting. On the downside, if someone wants to be close to the surrounding cities (Tours/Amboise) with pubs and restaurants, this is not the place.
