"What a wonderful week! This property was perfect house for our family trip of 12 for a week away! The beach was a 3 minute walk away so if we were not taking a stroll on the beach, crabbing or fishing, we relaxed on the balcony with the perfect view. Arrival & departure was easy, house was very clean, great wardrobe space in all rooms which enabled us to fully unpack and feel at home. Stairs are fully enclosed with railing so safe for the kids to come up and down themselves. Two lounge areas with big TV’s so we used one as kids playroom downstairs which was perfect. Kitchen is very well equipped for all cooking needs (slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich press, blender) and for a house of 12 so handy to have a large oven, fridge & washing machine. Our favourite feature of the house was the balcony, with comfortable furniture and enclosed roof we spent a lot of time relaxing and taking in the view even when it rained. The fire pit space out the back for sitting around toasting marshmallows was our second favourite feature."

"Very happy with the place. Great beach shack. Kids enjoyed the beach. And great location. Unfortunately had a few hours with no power due to SA power outage due to damage up the road but overall still had a great time. Neighbour up the road was kind enough to check on us. Thankfully had plenty of candles and torches. Owner was easy to contact."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Shack was perfect. Well appointed good cooking equipment, big fridge, really comfortable bed, good hot water and shower pressure.Lovely view of the beach out the front and great terraced garden out the back. Loved the bird life from the kitchen window. We had such a nice relaxing peaceful time, was good to be away."
