A short walk to the jetty and town centre. 3 large bedrooms, main with ensuite and walk in robe. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom plus a separate 3rd toilet for added convenience. Comfortable lounge room to relax in with smart tv and access to outdoor living area. Enjoy the ocean views while enjoying the functional kitchen. Enjoy your meals in the dining and living room while enjoying the sea views and overlooking the beautifully presented gardens. Reverse Cycle and ducted air conditioning. Ample parking space for two vehicles in driveway.
