"I asked at the front desk whether we were entitled to complimentary parking, and I was specifically told that we were and that I only needed to exchange the parking ticket at the reception desk. However, when I checked out, I was charged for two nights of parking, even though I only used the parking facility for one night. At that time, I was informed that the manager would contact me to resolve the issue. It has now been five days, and I have not received so much as a phone call. This level of service is extremely disappointing."

It was so small that my knees would hit the shower door when sitting on the toilet. My room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful."
