The Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. "We have traveled all over Europe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels. This was by far the best. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."

"Our apartment was overlooking the pool and the bar. As a consequence it was very noisy during the day when we were there. Fortunately apart from not being there most of the day and the fact that the bar closed at 6 and the pool opened at 9:00am and closed at 7:00pm it was otherwise very quiet. Well located for local restaurants especially Mirador and Beach Club plus a local shop opposite for daily requisites was a big plus"
