"Even though I booked this hotel for the amazing views of the volcano and we had rain and clouds the entire time so we never saw the volcano, we still enjoyed our stay immensely! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot foods and made-to-order eggs/omelettes, and Heliconia was quite good for dinner. The grounds were beautiful even without a view of the volcano and we really enjoyed the offsite hot springs that were included with complimentary shuttle... not as big as some of the others but beautiful and not crowded. Staff were all wonderful especially Melvin in the restaurant. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the area again!"

The staff was all very friendly and attentive, facilities were very well maintained, clean and exceeded our expectations. The activities onsite with Club Rio were all 5star and the off site activities we easily booked through the concierge blew us away. Truly happy with our decision to stay at the Springs. We drove past other places like Baldi and Tabacon and we were so happy we were at the Springs instead! "
