"It was a nice experience, this is a good hotel, well located. Nice indoor pool. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast. However, it is hard to classify it as a 5 stars hotel. There are many small details that should be fixed: dirty chairs and table on the terrace, no bathrobe in the room (available at the pool, but looking quite old), scratches everywhere, broken safe box, only 3 hangers etc. Our 7th floor terrace had a direct look over two empty (looking like abandoned) outdoor pools."

"Nice and cozy place, honestly far enough. Breakfast is ok. No ocean view but the breakfast in on the 5th floor and you can get a view to the Morro de Arica. I found this nice! Staff very supportive."
