"Wow what a find this hotel was. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful character filled building and our room was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. The breakfast on the rooftop with fabulous views of the mountains and volcanoes each morning was a real highlight. "Check in was horrible. Check in was an awful experience. I had arrived early and the hotel allowed me to store my baggage behind the desk. When I returned later in the day, the receptionist made me retrieve the bags myself as she sat on the chair comfortably. I ended up straining my back retrieving my luggage and bumping my head inside the small storage unit behind the desk. The receptionist then gave me my room key and gave me no explanation on the hotel rules, wifi information, gate entrance...

"This hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good. My issue was the room we had was on the 2nd floor with an internal window. Directly outside was a bright light that left light streaming through the window all night. I told the front desk and they were completely dismissive. We ended up hanging our towels over the drapery rod to cut off the light. "
