"Very friendly staff and get out of their way to help us. Beds are very confortable and clean. Great room, spacious, very clean. Feel very safe in the hotel. Only thing is that often there is nobody at the reception, we need to ring a bell so they come out to help us, but they come very quickly."

"O atendimento da equipe do hotel é incrível. Fiquei doente e a recepcionista foi super atenciosa e ligou para um médico ir me atender lá mesmo. A mesma funcionária também imprimiu nossos cartões de embarque (meu e das minhas amigas) e fez várias tentativas de achar um táxi grande no qual coubesse todas as nossas malas. Os quartos são grandes e limpos. Água para beber é disponibilizada numa garrafa no quarto. Secador de cabelo disponível na recepção. Chegamos antes do check in e eles...

"You get what you paid and looks like the pictures. Small but clean rooms except the 401 room where the batroom smells pretty bad after a bath or washing hands, Please consider to check the room pipes."

"The rates for the amenities and service at the hotel are very good. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating. We almost didn't book here because of a review of the noisy street, but it did not bother us and as long as the shutters were closed we really didn't hear any of the street traffic. Very good breakfast every morning-fresh papaya and pineapple juice, yogurt, ham, cheese, Arequipan rolls, fresh fruit, eggs, coffee and tea. I was a little disappointed as the ad says every room opens...

"The owner is kind, helpful, and the structure is very nice, BTW it was not clear at all why we couldn't take an hot shower in 2 days, no clear explanation, no real help for this,On the other hand the low internet signal is understandable. Arequipa is cold at night and in the early morning For 16 bucks por night hot water is a must. I was in a horrible hostel before, nearby this hotel, and we had hot shower twice"
