House located on the north coast of the Bassin d'Arcachon in Ares near basin and ocean with a garden and heated swimming pool (4x8m).
Comfortable house of 90 m2 on a plot of 800 m2, kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The house is located in a residential area, quiet close to shops and bike paths, free wifi.

Toujours etait parfait maison accueillante ,région superbe seule bémol la piscine dite chauffée ne l était pas et sale nous l avons nettoyer tous comme le pourtour de la piscine sinon deux semaine agréable et au calme

Très belle maison, très agréable

Maison en tous points conforme au descriptif. Vaste et bien aménagée, très bien équipée aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’en extérieur. Maison chaleureuse et contact très aisé avec le correspondant local.

Bonne expérience. Maison sympathique. Coin sympa avec le soleil en bonus. Piscine agréable. Accueil très sympathique. Seul Bémol, manque un peu d'entretien à l'extérieur pour profiter pleinement du jardin avec les enfants (pelouse) Bonne semaine avec tout à disposition.

Superbe découverte de la région

Aidés par un temps magnifique, nous avons bien profité de ces deux semaines pour découvrir la région du bassin et le cap Ferret. La maison est très fonctionnelle et confortable. La piscine a été très appréciée, en particulier après les longues balades à vélo. Le village d'Ares et son port ostréicole nous ont beaucoup plu.
