"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. "We had a great stay. The house is on top of a Mountain. So You have a great view over the landscape and arezzo. The next supermarket and the old town is just a short ride away. The house keeper war very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean, the bedrooms, bathroom and the pool was very nice. One star less, because the pictures of the inside are a bit different from the reality and the living room has a big pool f a weird smell"

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Walter der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Ein kleines Manko gibt es allerdings, die Stühle und die Bank im Esszimmer sind etwas schmal und unbequem, allerdings ist dies jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. "

Giuseppe and Adelfa went above and beyond, actually making a beautiful fruit torta upon our return and stocking the kitchen with necessary supplies for the jet-lagged crew. "We stayed as a family of 10 and had a great time. The accommodation is definitely rustic and traditional. It won’t suit everyone but if you’re looking to get back to basics look no further! For us as an Australian family it could have cleaner and we ended up doing cleaning ourselves to make it more comfortable. The bed linen and towels are also ready for a refresh. The host was great and provided a good summary of the local area and sights. Arezzo is a lovely day out. "
