"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. Very good communication with the host who gave us some great suggestions. Loved our holiday and the villa was exactly what we needed. "Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Walter der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Ein kleines Manko gibt es allerdings, die Stühle und die Bank im Esszimmer sind etwas schmal und unbequem, allerdings ist dies jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. "

Giuseppe and Adelfa went above and beyond, actually making a beautiful fruit torta upon our return and stocking the kitchen with necessary supplies for the jet-lagged crew. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away).
