"Everything we needed and more for our stay in Moalboal. Staff were amazing. Location was nice and quiet but close enough to walk to the high street for the action at night. Snorkelling right from the hotel was great. No need to hire a guide for the sardines or turtles. Found them within 5 minutes. Definitely would stay here again"

"Beautiful, well maintained property. Away from the hustle and bustle of the beach area. They have motor bikes you can rent, or will provide cheap tricycle ride into town. There are a couple restaurants a short walk nearby for lunch/dinner. We highly recommend Mishomo. Everything we ate was delicious! Our room was very spacious, with a mini fridge for convenience. Lots of wonderful sitting areas are available for guests under the shade with a cool breeze. The swimming pool area is also lovely, with shade over the pool and a seating area. We had breakfast each morning for a very reasonable change. Staff was very helpful with helping us to book transportation from Cebu and to our next destination, tours, etc. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay at Casablanca Inn again."

"It wasn’t worth what we paid. Instead of getting to rest, we had issues with the air conditioner. The first technician already knew that the control or buttons were broken but didn’t tell us. When the second technician arrived, he just cleaned the filter, but it still didn’t work. They made us wait another 30 minutes even though they already knew the control was faulty. In the end, we were transferred to another room. The staff at the reception were also quite rude, and even some of the other staff weren’t accommodating. When we asked to borrow a towel, they told us to go back to our room and get it ourselves shouldn’t they have towels available downstairs? Overall, the room was clean, but the location is a bit far from the beach. The service was disappointing, and it definitely wasn’t worth the price."

"This was a great resort - clean, nice pool, the bar staff are lovely. There are free kayaks you can take out and check out the sea turtles and fish right out front. Not right in town, but we rented scooters and was a quick ride into town. Don't book scooters or tours directly through the hotel, they charge an extra fee on top."

"Clean rooms and basic breakfast. Excellent location with own dive shop and boats. Noisy ac unit was replaced immediately to my satisfaction"

"disgusting conditions and unreasonable staff. they have signs in the rooms that the septic system gets backed up and i'm assuming that this was the case. the room had an overpowering sewage smell. after arguing with the clerk and owner who thought that i should just stay in the room anyway, i waited a half hour for them to get me in another room that they guaranteed didn't smell, but as soon as the toilet in that room was flushed, that room smelled as well. after waiting for another half hour they offered another room, but at that point I was done, I asked for a refund which they refused and i left."

"Great place, close to everything. A microwave in the apartment would have been good but staff were very friendly and helpful. Being Australian the squawking parrots worry me lol"

"Very clean and nice facility, very friendly staff, very close to the beach, easy to get to, and will definitely stay there again, the proximity to the beach was perfect. Only complaint, Wi-Fi not very good in upper rooms. But not a big deal compared to how good everything else is."
