Très belle maison bien située et près des commerces : boulangerie, traiteurs variés, pharmacie, petit supermarché etc...Seul bémol la maison a 2 chambres pour couple, la troisième avec les chat-lits est pour des enfants et non pour adultes : pas d’éclairage au dessus des lits qui sont courts donc pour petite taille.Donc pour 4 adultes et deux enfants Tout le reste est parfait.

Accueil simple et efficace par Nancy.Très belle maison spacieuse et confortable, climatisée, il ne manque rien. Tous les produits de première nécessité sont à disposition.Très bonne literie avec un lit de 160. De nombreux rangements. Et un garage pour la voiture.Une grande plage est à 5 mn à pied. La maison est au calme est à 15mn à pied du centre plage. On y accède par une promenade le long de la mer. À proximité petits commerces.Un seul petit bémol ; mauvaise réception des chaînes TV et pas de wifi…Nous reviendrons, la maison est vraiment top ! Et idéalement placée

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zum Strand und auch zu Spanien ist fantastisch. Außerhalb der Saison war es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war sehr nett. Die nette Dame vor Ort ist wirklich Gold wert. Selbst bei Problemen und Fragen erhält man jederzeit eine schnelle Antwort bzw. Hilfe. Wir können dieses schöne Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet und ist für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Für Erwachsene stehen sogar 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Nous avons réserver la maison pour un week end, très propre, accueil de Mme Duchesne agréable. Maison climatisée, le voisinage très sympathique. La plage est à 5 min à pied centre ville à 15 min. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Maison bien équipée, à 2 pas de la mer et proche des commodités. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Nancy qui gère la location est sympathique et réactive. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation, le seul petit bémol étant le matelas de la chambre du fond qui mériterait d’être remplacé.

Villa spacieuse et très bien située

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Excellent rapport Qualité/prix. Nous n'avons manqué de rien ! A notre arrivée, les lits étaient faits, le linge de toilette prêt et les armoires remplies des petits biens de première nécessité (papier toilette, sopalin, sel/poivre, eau, huile d'olive, épices,...). La villa est très bien située, dans un quartier calme : à 5min à pied de la boulangerie, de la plage... et d'un point de vente de la coopérative viticole d'Argeles ! Que demander de plus ? Véranda très agréable pour l'apéro ou la petite sieste de l'après-midi ! Climatisation fonctionnelle et efficace. Echanges courtois avec le propriétaire ainsi qu'avec la personne chargée de l'accueil sur place. Petit point d'amélioration : le matelas de la chambre du fond, qui semble avoir "fait son temps". Nous recommandons, et envisageons clairement de revenir !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons été bien accueilli. La maison est bien équipée, il manquerait peut-etre idéalement quelques couverts supplémentaires pour éviter de faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle trop souvent. Le matelas de la chambre du fond serait à changer bientôt. Sinon, le reste est impeccable, avec même des jeux et 2 vélos à disposition. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le confort à proximité de tout

La maison est très agréable. Tout est refait à neuf. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée. Nous sommes venus pour le Pont de Mai et le quartier était calme. La maison est toute proche de la plage, deux trois minutes à pied en ligne droite. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Deux des trois chambres sont confortables, un petit bémol pour le lit en 160 qui fait cuvette en son centre.

maison très très agréable

J'ai beaucoup apprécié cette maison de plain pied avec un petit jardin - le séjour est vaste et confortable, avec la cuisine dans la pièce mais séparée ! Les chambres sont de belles tailles avec beaucoup de placards - salle de bain très agréable à côté des chambres - Nous étions 6 dont 4 adultes et 2 enfants et c'était l'idéal pour la taille de la maison - A relouer dès que j'en ai l'occasion !
