This 2 room cabin is located on the 2nd floor of a resort with swimming pool and playground for children.

This T2 cabin will seduce you with its bright living room that opens onto a terrace of 11 m² with a clear view of the harbor and the sea.

Wearing Argelès is a nice area within walking near the beaches. Lively area with many restaurants, shops and markets.

You can leave your car in the secure car park of the residence during your stay.

Argeles sur mer is a pleasant seaside resort at the end of the sandy coast and the beginning of the rocky coast and its traditional fishing ports including Collioure, a town made famous by many painters.

Port Argeles is close to Spain making possible escapades of a day on the Costa Brava and Barcelona.

Description of appartment

Small but neat. But the description stated dvd player and herbs plus spices. There was no dvd or any herbs and spices.

Perfect location

We spent a week at this apartment in Port Argeles. It was very easy to find and the owner was waiting for us with the keys. There is a barrier operated carpark available on site. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people with a double room and a small room with bunk beds. There is one sofa and a table with 6 dining chairs as well as dining furniture and deck chairs on th balcony. The view from the balcony is excellent and as shown in the pictures, with a side view over the communal pool and a full view over the marina and out towards the sea. There are beaches either side of the marina a short walk away. Cooking facilities are basic with a microwave oven and hob but the kitchen area is well equipped, although small. It is very easy to eat out as you are right by all the bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay and would certainly return to this lovely area and this apartment.

Très bonne situation de ce logement. Le plus : la piscine dont nous avons amplement profité. Nombreux restaurants à proximité et belle vue sur le port. Rues commerçantes et mer à Argelès plage. Cette localisation permet d'éviter de prendre la voiture. L'endroit est calme, paisible en ce mois de septembre. L'appartement se situe dans une résidence bien entretenue et sécurisée. A noter que le parking privatif non nominatif est bien utile.Quelques points d'amélioration de ce logis ont été remontés au propriétaire qui en a pris bonne note. Bonne procédure d'arrivée ( autonome ). Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de notre séjour dans ce lieu et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Appartement super bien situé et intérieur très propre à notre arrivée. Lits faits à l'arrivée et serviettes fournies ce qui est un vrai plus.Seul bémol les vitres n'avaient pas été faites de l'été un petit rafraichissement n'aurait pas fait de mal.L'emplacement de cet appartement est vraiment super au coeur d'une résidence avec piscine et très proche du port d'Argelès er de la plage néanmoins un minimum d'attention de la part de l'hôte aurait été un vrai plus comme cela peut se passer avec d'autres hôtes (échanges etc...) on ne demande pas de multiples conversations mais un minimum d'échanges autre qu'une simple réservation de logement ne serait pas trop demandé.Pour les conditions de départ ne pas mettre l'heure de départ à 12h00 alors que la femme de ménage sonne à votre porte à 09h43 départ très précipité et très désagréable du coup dommage.

Idéalement situé, au bout du port, assez animé jusque 23h et très calme pendant la nuit, parfait pour la famille. Paking sur place, un gros plus à Argeles. Plages à quelques mètres, commerces, bars, restaurants… Résidence très propre, calme, sauf autour de la piscine bien sûr. Je recommande fortement.

Un logement parfaitement situé et offrant de bonnes prestations et le confort nécessaire pour un sejour en famille. Une vue au top. Résidence en bon état avec services utiles et parking. Propriétaire dispo, procédure d'arrivée simple. Un moment que cette residence nous intéressait, aucun regret d'avoir résidé dans cet appartement.
