Its the most amazing hidden place we've ever been. All the effort is worth to make the 2-2,5 hours of walking reach the Refugio.

Personeel was top. Ook de excursies via het hotel waren super. De superior kamer heeft voor mijn gevoel niet meer dan anders. Ook in de badkamer waren geen oorstukken, watjes of dergelijke aanwezig Het ontbijt was ook niet bijzonder Het hotel zelf is prachtig gelegen met super mooi uitzicht. Heel relax en wil je naar de stad dan heb je steeds het busje van het hotel beschikbaar.

I very much enjoyed my stay at hotel Kosten Aike in El Calafate. The hotel is a big lodge with nice decor, very friendly staff and nice clean room. I would’ve loved to stay longer if I knew how nice the hotel is. I like the large room with large bed. Lots of toiletries which was a plus in Patagonia, comparing to the other places I had stayed prior to this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and great pastries. The gift shop at the hotel is fantastic!! Their prices are better...

Excellent hotel. Its only problem is that there is a fault in the execution of the floor in the corridors and when someone walks you hear loud creaks in the rooms. Other than that, it is an excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel. Its location allows for a spectacular view and is also close to every important site. What gives the hotel its uniqueness is the excellent service. Thomas, Ignacio and Michaela are the crown jewel

Incredible room and breakfast

We came to this gem for our honeymoon to do the perito moreno glacier ice trekking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient and the restaurant was fantastic. We availed of the great room service and excellent bar after the trekking to allow us to fully relax. The breakfast each morning was absolutely excellent too. Couldn’t recommend more
